Kudos to the Warriors for doing the right thing in this game, because they could have easily scored 100 or more if they kept the starters in. Had it happened, by design or accident, there would have been a little irony to that situation, as I remember the Eagles doing their darndest to score 100 on an undermanned Port Hope team.
But history aside, good luck to the Warriors as Thursday they face a stiff test in Peck, who is one of the better teams on the South side this year.
As for today, look for our polls, stat leaders, Power 10, etc. a little later and tonight I'll have some pictures and a short update from the Port Hope @ Owen-Gage girls game. Steve Jias will be at the Ubly @ Cass City boys game and we should have stuff from him on the blog sometime tomorrow.
