Pirates win first district since 2003

Don't let the record fool you, this team is for real. Despite finishing just 11-9 in the regular season and finishing fourth in the Greater Thumb East, Harbor Beach proved that in the post-season, anything is possible.
Perhaps the team was sparked by their final regualr season win over Sandusky that sparked them, but the Pirates continues their inspired play throughout the tourney, with a 54-46 win over Ubly.
Early on, Harbor Beach played nervous with countless turnovers in the first half of the first quarter. But Ubly did not capatlize on the chances and only managed a 7-2 edge early on.
The Pirates rallied and trailed 22-20 at the half, but stunned Ubly in the third, outscoring them 18-8 in the critical quarter.

nice work tonight chris. you and adams are by far the best 2 photographers in the thumb its not even close. jias could take a lesson or 2 from you 2. of course any one can take better pictures than bogan. my god! does he even care?

I figured it out. Bogan needs glasses. He only thinks the pictures are in focus, because everything looks blurry to him. Get him some glasses, I say liek the ones Wild Thing wore in the first Major League movie, and he'll be able to see when his pictures are out of focus.

Bogan your the man. I thought your pics were fine, but then again I have to have my glasses on to keep from running into things.
