We have a tie...and a tie breaker

I was finishing up the Outpick Ogryski standings for the year and it came down to the wire. Chuik Czlek thought he was breathing down Rick Glaza's neck, but in the end it was Twocentsworth who caught him.
2centsworth trailed Glaza by one game in the standings and caught him. Glaza was 10-4 to finish at 82-20 (.804 correctness percentage, which is how this contest is won) and 2centsworth was 11-3 to tie things up at .804.
Since there was still a tie after the first tiebreaker (# of weeks picked), I have created a second tiebreaker to decide who wins the $25 gas card, which has just for the ease of it been converted to a $25 cash prize, so the winner won't be stuck buying their gas at a station that they don't like or is out of their way.
So the tiebreaker will take place next week, giving both contestants a chance to bone up on all the playoff teams, because they'll need that knowledge.
One week, every high school football game gets picked, one winner...
In case these two try to tie this up again, we've got a fun tiebreaker. Total points for all the games that are played next week. Have fun figuring that one out!!!!
So that is my official decree, so there can be no, "Just give him the prize..." We're playing this one out.
